Another early start for the Windsor team of Alice C, Sinead N and Issy B, this time heading to the prestigious Royal Windsor Horse Show to compete in the Land Rover Inter Schools Show Jumping.
Having won the qualifier in style this was an amazing opportunity for the team to be part of this world renowned event in the glorious grounds of Windsor castle alongside top class show jumpers, the Royal Household Cavalry and not forgetting the Queen herself.
The team enjoyed a few hours soaking up the atmosphere before it was their turn to hold their nerve and enter the ring. All three rode super rounds tackling the various jumps in style. A couple of poles rolled took them out of the placings but I think just the taking part of such a wonderful event is something that will stay with these girls for a very long time and I am super proud of them all. What an incredible day!
