We are very proud of all our Year 13 students today as they open their excellent A level results.

Of note are Carlos Pan who achieved three A* grades and one A grade, and Ashriya Dhaliwal who was awarded three A* grades. Congratulations also to Jasleen Birak, George Dickenson, Andrei Ilenei, Chloe Freeman and Wiki Jakubczyk who all achieved a combination of at least three A* and A grades.

Overall, Myton School’s Year 13 students achieved 148 A*/A and Distinction*/Distinction grades with over 80% of students achieving A* to C grades and Distinction* to Merit grades. Almost 80% of our students are now off to University, nearly all of whom got their first choice, with the remaining students undertaking gap years or apprenticeships.

Interim Head Teacher Liz Curtis said, “On behalf of all the staff at Myton School, I’d like to congratulate all our Year 13 students on a fantastic year and these excellent results. The grades are well deserved and the result of our outstanding students, sixth form teachers and facilities. We wish our students well wherever their next steps take them.”

Marie Orton, Head Teacher from September 2026, said, “This is a wonderful moment for our school community and a chance to celebrate everything that makes our school so special. I am incredibly proud to be joining the school as Head Teacher and look forward to working alongside our talented staff, supportive families and, most importantly, our exceptional pupils. Together we will build on the school’s many successes and create an exciting future filled with opportunity, achievement and aspiration for every child.”
