As part of Global Virtues Week, Year 5 and Year 6 students from Southam Primary school joined us for an African clay pot workshop. Students had to design their pot first with a traditional African repeating pattern and then used clay and clay tools to roll, mould and carve their pot into its final shape. We had a lot of fun doing this (and got a little messy in the process!)
