Caroline Bradburn
Congratulations to Elspeth Unitt and Alex Ibbs, who braved the artic conditions at Temple Newsam Park in Leeds competing for Warwickshire in the English School Cross-Country Championships.
It is a great achievement just to get to these championships, where so many of our Great British Olympians have 'cut their teeth' as juniors, but few will have run in conditions as cold and challenging as these.
Both Elspeth and Alex ran with great courage and bravery, a credit to the school. Congratulations and I hope you've managed to warm up!!!
